Hi! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Antinobotan Solution (just search it on google), but I'm not sure if it's good. I started using apple cider vinegar at the start of the year. I take 2 tsp in 8 oz. of water twice a day. I have told everyone about it. It has taken the bloated feeling away & has given me more energy. It's helped my weight loss because I feel less hungry. I've also started using it on my hair (mixed with water) instead of conditioner. The smell dissipates quickly & it leaves my hair feeling so soft! Love it.

this morning I try your mix to drink first thing in the morning with apple cider, lemon juice, cayenne. I re-start to run in the morning before I eat. and I don't really have a lot of energy.
