Help! how can I block this guy from my youtube recommendations? seriously. He self contradicts every time he open his sad mouth (you will have fatty liver if you eat fat; eat fat not rice or pasta or potato; eating oats is like eating cardboard as it is poor in nutrition; you need fiber; eat bacon everyday as pork is cleaner and healthier than chicken; butter is better than olive oil; eat butter imported from Ireland; drink imported pellegrino water from Italy; you are drinking too much water; don't eat fruit and vegetables from 3rd world countries like Mexico as it is full of chemical that the US forbids; don't eat corn and soy from the US as its GMO= full of anti weed chemical; no study can prove this so listen to whatever shit I say……) and at the end he tells us to buy his fake fruit and vegetables in a small plastic bottles with his pathetic picture on. For god sake! ordinary people also have common sense man. Just leave me alone, now I go make imported Ethiopian coffee with some cuban sugar and canadian cream in it. Wait, I still have a donut that I got from Tim Hortons last night I think. Yas!

Thanks for your informative videos. I watched and commented on your Low-HCL video as well. So I am GF, Dairy Free, Grain Free and eat low sugar. More paleo type diet and I bloat when I put anything in my mouth. I have no other symptoms other than a sharp pain in the vicinity of my pancreas (left rib cage). Would your supplement correct the acidity level or will I have to take it forever? Which would mean another bandaid not a cure!

Claire Atkinson says:

I seem to bloat no matter what (or how much or often) I eat. I know that's probably not completely true but I can't find what the cause of it. I've tried removing certain foods and food groups from my diet and I keep diaries of what I'm eating, I've tried natural remedies (herbal teas etc). I'm intolerant to gluten so I obviously removed that from my diet completely. I don't know where to go from there.

Tiffany Valencia says:

All grains are "BAD" when they're not SPROUTED first!

Tiffany Valencia says:

Actually, baked or boiled organic potatoes turn out to be a satiating rescue food for me, as well as organic SPROUTED whole grain rices and beans. I used to bloat horribly before finding this out and implementing.
I sprout my beans by rinsing and soaking twice per day for a whole week and allow to ferment over day 6 before boiling…I always feel great, full, but not bloated, and the best is that husband and I never get gas this way!

OoWINDEXoO says:

dr Berg, here you say that fat with sugar spikes more insulin but in a previous video you said that the fat in egg yolk helps buffer the insulin spike. so does fat spike it more or buffer it ?
