BadWolf Sammie says:

I think this is a great idea, all very healthy ingredients. Apple cider vinegar is amazing for you. People who keep saying that it's not "real ketchup" obviously don't realize how much fake and bad ingredients they put in normal store bought ketchup. True kids might be a bit resistant to this but they can always adapt, and hey..their kids. Your the adult. Great video, simple and easy to make! Can't wait to try it.

Losttoanyreason says:

Sorry call it what you will that isn't catsup . Catsup is make with fresh maters not sun dried maters.

William Blasdel says:

Certainly doesn't look very appetizing………….doubt that I would try this ……."Dr"………..

amystreasures says:

You should note that this has a much shorter shelf life than store bought ketchup. I have a few recipes for ketchup and want to make my own, however I don't use it on everything everyday, so it would go bad before I use it up.

Nicholas M says:

Hahha is this a joke? Ur kids aren't gonna fall for brown ketchup regardless of how good it tastes and how good it is for you. Gotta throw something red in there

MrCheddahcheese says:

I was just wondering how long this homemade ketchup would last before it goes off/expires?

Suraya G says:

can this be frozen?

Bris Vegas says:

I'll probably try this, might add a little bit of water to make it more ketchup consistency.

cepson says:

That looks like a tasty recipe, but one whole tablespoon of salt is an awful lot for what amounts to about a cup of ketchup. That translates to about 500 mg to more than 1,000 mg of salt per tablespoon of ketchup, depending on how coarse your salt is. I would think you could cut the salt amount at least down to a teaspoon and it would still taste great.

Or you could balance it out with a cup of corn syrup. 😀 Just kidding.

Sylph Kitty says:

Cooking with Dog intro, but no dog :/
