Lacking stomach acids will prevent not only protein from being digested and minerals from being absorbed, but an inhibited bile release and pancreatic enzyme release. This can create bloating, indigestion, constipation and acid reflux. The challenge with the act cause is that all 4 symptoms could come from the stomach, gallbladder or pancreas.

Was in pain from bloating, cramps, gas etc for 5 days and it started getting worse this morning. Took 1 tsp of Braggs' ACV and 2 tsp of water, and I finally have some relief. I decided to look it up on YouTube and your video gave me a clear & to the point explanation of why, what, how… Thank you so much.

EllaMi says:

Would drinking lots of Alkaline water reduce the stomach acids then ??

Jobena Rocha says:

I stopped taking my acid reflux medication based on the explanation in this video. Took apple cider vinegar AM/PM and also started taking a supplement called super enzymes. By the end of the 2nd week I was in the emergency room for the first time in my life with ulcer pain… I didn't even know I had an ulcer. Now I'm completely confused because they put me back on Prilosec. I don't know what to do. 🙁

Haiden Weaver says:

My mild hemorrhoid was about to worsen, so I began looking for treatment options a year ago to prevent that from taking place. This particular “yaju shocking guide” hemorrhoid treatment (Google it) was straightforward and easily comprehended. I can honestly say that my life are back to normal. No more hemorrhoids for life.

I had hypertension and took medicine to sustain it for 2 years, but I started this blood pressure plan “yuku shocking plan” that I discovered on G00GLE recently. Within my next visit to the clinic, the doctor said I didn`t need to take medication because my blood pressure decreased back to normal.

Sara Bee says:

Best explanation Ive seen. I work med surg. We get a lot of GI blocks… which actually scares me. I suffer from gerd. Im bloated a lot, too. I also gained a ton of weight this past year and my diet is wayyyy better!?!? I blame age and hormones. (Im 44 yrs old… perimenopause). So– Im changing my ways again. I've never had a weight problem. My weight is all in the gutt.

What about taking magnesium? I need to rewatch this one more time. My doctor really hasn't helped. Just prescribed me gerd meds and told me to make an appointment with my gyn. I feel as if Im bloated most of the time. I get full fast. I do go everyday, just once. Im miserable and fatigued by 4pm.

wildrose p says:

how do I diagnose the problem. The symptoms are very general and can indicate other problems!
can I do certain blood tests to be sure?
I have been told I have Candida, food intolerances, IBS and more…

Digital Mobile says:

interesting… can taking sodium bi carbonate have an effect on stomach ph levels and thus cause bloating?
