A 2006 study in the Medscape Journal of Medicine found that apple cider vinegar was effective to curb appetite and regulate blood sugar. So it is effective in reducing

hunger.

In Japan, they conducted an investigation that was published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry in 2009 with two groups of mice fed a high-fat diet. One

group was given water and other acetic acid (main component of apple cider vinegar). The group taking the vinegar had a 10% less fat.

Just add 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar in 1 liter of water and drink during the day.
You can also add between 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon to the dishes during lunch.
