I have known about the many health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar for years, however, I’ll be the first to admit that it is not the easiest thing to be consistent with. The taste has become too powerful for me lately and I found myself dreading it every day ( usually in the morning) and It was becoming increasingly easy for me to make an excuse not to stick with it.

I had to get creative and find out some new ways to make the apple cider vinegar much more enjoyable and palatable for me. There are so many ways to make these refresher beverages, so I encourage all of you to use what you have in your kitchen and make something delicious.

However, I wouldn’t recommend you making an ‘adult beverage’ with it 🙂

Once you learn about the many benefits of apple cider vinegar or ACV and see the changes in how you look and feel, I’m sure you’ll look forward to this super yummy and hydrating beverage.

I’m still on my plan to lose the baby weight. These beverages have been a tremendous help with weight loss, clearing my skin, detoxing my system and combating fatigue.

Recipes:

Traditional Apple Cider Vinegar Drink:
4oz water (Alkaline or Purified Water)
2TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
Few shakes of cayenne pepper (raises body temperature and boosts the metabolism to help burn more calories.)
1/4 tsp- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (has been shown to help metabolize fat while balancing insulin levels so your blood sugar stays within healthy zones.)
Shake in a shaker cup and drink. I like it best cold.

Pineapple Twist
4oz water (Alkaline or Purified Water)
2oz Pure *Pineapple juice
1-2TBS Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Raw Honey (optional) ( http://amzn.to/1qNBAvL)
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Shake in a shaker cup and drink!
*Adjust water and Juice to your liking and to control sugar content.

Apple Juice Twist
4oz water (Alkaline or Purified Water)
2oz Organic Apple juice *no sugar added
1-2TBS Apple cider vinegar
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of cayenne pepper
Shake in a shaker cup and drink
*Adjust water and Juice to your liking and to control sugar content.

Cranberry Twist
4oz water (Alkaline or Purified Water)
2oz Pure *unsweetened or sweetened cranberry juice
1-2TBS Apple cider vinegar
squeeze of a lemon or lime
Shake in a shaker cup and drink.
*Adjust water and Juice to your liking and to control sugar content.

Acai Berry Twist
1-2T Apple Cider Vinegar
4oz Water (Alkaline or Purified Water)
1T Acai Powder
Fresh or Frozen Organic Berries
Raw Honey or Choice of Sweetener ( http://amzn.to/1qNBAvL )

^^Bonus Metabolism and Immunity Boost Shot:
2 oz. water ( Alkaline or Purified)
3 TBS Organic apple cider vinegar,
1 TBS Raw Organic Honey, ( http://amzn.to/1qNBAvL )
2 droppers full of Green Tea Extract ( http://amzn.to/23Bp0O0) Fresh Squeezed half of an Organic Lemon
Microwave for a minute to melt the thick honey, stir evenly and “shoot it” quickly.

This works best first thing in the morning and before bed.

Your metabolism will be elevated and “revved”, Maintain and or Lose weight and protect yourself against germs and bacteria and boost your immunity.
