Apple cider vinegar is very known to its different uses. but how many people are known about the difference between organic and non-organic apple cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar are produced from aged crushed apples. The fruit sugar in apple is converted into alcohol a process of fermentation by yeast. From there, alcohol is again converted into acetic acid, which is the most benefited part of ACV.

Apple cider vinegar contains a good amount of vitamin and minerals including magnesium, phosphorous, calcium, copper and iron. the most common health benefits are weight loss, acid reflex, lowering cholesterol, reduce blood sugar and so on.

Basic Difference Between organic and non-organic ACV:

Organic ACV is made of apples which are obtained from apple trees in the orchards. this apple usually grown naturally without the use of chemicals, pesticides and insecticides. This is also called raw or mother because it is unfiltered, unprocessed, not-heated and unpasteurized. It is made by simply fermenting apples by yeast in wood barrels.
Raw organic ACV is brownish color with the mother. The mother is a floating matter which is formed from the apple residue and pectin. The mother is full of enzymes essential for health life-style.

Non-organic or clear vinegar may not contain all the benefits of raw organic apple cider vinegar with Mother. The main reason that non-organic or store vinegar is processed, highly filtered and pasteurized. In this process it loses the enzymes and healthy micro-nutrients beneficial for health.

Which ACV Should Buy:
It depends on what you plan on using it for. Again, the unfiltered or organic version contains a live mother, which you can use to make your own vinegar, and also it contains the most vitamin and minerals for health benefits. It is also less processed and has a little more complexity in flavor. You need to start slowly for its bitter flavor. If you’re a believer in the health claims or just generally interested in less refined food, then this is the vinegar for you.
If you think all that is a bunch of hooey and you want to save a few pennies, then go for the filtered, pasteurized version.
