DURING MY EXPERIMENT I literally only had one capful of the ACV, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice & a dash of cayenne pepper before all 3 of my meals yesterday and lost 3 pounds overnight. Was it a fluke? MAYBE, but I’m convinced!!

I wake up at 4am EVERY MORNING and workout for a minimum of 1 hour. 6 – 7 mile bike ride, treadmill or weight training.

Apple Cider Vinegar 2 capfuls every morning

1 gallon of water DAILY

Green Smoothie for breakfast

Clean Lunch/Dinner i.e: chicken breast veggies, tuna on romaine, meatballs and side salad and tons of other goodies.

30 DAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE! Starts MAY 1, 2017

1 Gallon of Water Daily
Workout AT LEAST 30-45 minutes 4-5 times per week.
NO Soda
NO Chips
NO Potatoes
NO Fast Food

Anyone who is wanting to do this but can’t stand the taste. All u gotta do is plug ur nose when u drink it.

I put acv and lemon in about 6-8 oz of water. Plug my nose. Drink it thru a straw and drink some water before I unplug my nose. Don’t taste it at all!

Thank you for the information I am about to start my weight loss journey soon and I find your videos to be extremely helpful. My mother struggles with her blood sugar always being high as well so I am going to recommend this for my own mom.
I would like to also leave you with a tip for your mother by using ginger on a daily basis
in your diet it has a lot of benefits too especially for anyone who has diabetes.

me too.. i put a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, a half slice lemon, & couple chopped pieces of ginger in 16oz water bottles. Had one in the morning & one at night. got on scale today… dropped 3 pounds 🤗🤗🤗
