Natural Remedies for Shingles: Apple Cider Vinegar
This two methods will help reduce pain cause by shingles and stimulate recovery.

Method 1:

Soak a clean cloth rag in apple cider vinegar and cover the affected area with the damped rag. Place a hot water bottled or heating pad over the rag. Be careful not to burn the person.

Repeat this process regularly to provide relief to the itchy feeling and also reduce the recovery time.

Method 2:

Soak a clean rag in a mixture of apple cider vinegar, coconut oil and cayenne pepper and apply to the area in the same way as method 1 with heat.

Since apple cider vinegar has great antibacterial properties, you may also ingest apple cider vinegar to help with your immune system. Mix 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with an 8oz of warm water. Drink this three to four times per day.

What is Shingles & What Are the Symptoms
Typically the shingles rash occurs on one side of the body or the other. It may also appear on the face in a single stripe. Children can also contract shingles but it is often painless. People are more likely to get shingles as they age, and the disease tends to be more severe for the older.

At the onset of shingles, symptoms may include headache, fever, and a general feeling of discomfort. These symptoms are nonspecific and may result in an incorrect diagnosis. However, should shingles be the culprit, these symptoms are commonly followed by feelings of burning pain, itching, oversensitivity, or a tingling feeling.

Pain can be mild to extreme in the affected areas and include sensations often described as stinging, tingling, aching, numbing or throbbing. These sensations can also include quick stabs of pain.

The initial phase of shingles, usually lasting one to two days or up to 3 weeks, is followed by the appearance of a skin rash. The pain and rash most commonly show up on the torso, but can appear on the face, eyes or other parts of the body.

The first appearance of the rash can look like hives; however shingles will normally appear in a striped or belt-shaped pattern. Shingles is also limited to appearing on one side of the body and does not cross the middle.

Later the rash will begin to form small blisters filled with a pus-like fluid or ooze and you will often continue with a fever and general discomfort. The painful blisters will eventually become darkened as they fill with blood and crust over within seven to ten days. The crusts usually the fall off and the skin heals. However, after severe blistering, scarring and discolored skin may remain.

Usually the rash will heal within 2-4 weeks, however, some people may develop ongoing nerve pain lasting for a few month or even years. This condition is called postherpetic neuralgia. For those who have a weak immune system, the rash may be more wide spread. Also, if the rash involves the eye, vision loss may occur.

Dameon Smith says:

how do we know if the vegetables were contaminated. for example, how do you know what's on the Tomato that you just bought? just trouble little bit of apple cider vinegar on and everything's good just like salad dressing

Dameon Smith says:

now let's take the confusion out of this. some of that information from the video may be good but they may not be good for everyone or for what the real problem is

Dameon Smith says:

okay I agree that apple cider vinegar is a very good, by the way you don't have to rub it on anything if you just learn to eat some salad and put it in your salad dressing and you can digest it. also, applying water two blisters can only make them spread. it could make things worse, especially during incubation. let's Define incubation, it's like breeding grounds for germs and viruses so don't feed that with things that are full of bacteria and water if you want it to dry out.

Coconut oil is so important to diet and health, it should be promoted by all responsible media outlets. Since use of coconut oil, I have already noticed huge improvements in my health and the many uses on the skin. Coconut oil is truly a super food and allows the consumption of fried foods without the huge downside that fried foods come with. It will change the way you eat and your health will so drastically improve you will be amazed. It makes foods so detrimental to our health and promote it as good for you. https://plus.google.com/b/110991560823025838421/110991560823025838421/posts/gcVasauVVXz
